Assistant/Associate Professor (three positions) in nursing to teach classroom and clinical instruction for baccalaureate students (pre-licensure & completion); maintain an active research agenda; and provide service to the institution, community and profession. Positions begin August 2019.

Faculty in the Department of Nursing advise and recruit students; participate in committees; undertake curriculum development in collaboration with department faculty; conduct scholarly and faculty development activities, and are committed to diversity and inclusive excellence.

Require: Master’s degree in nursing by date of appointment; minimum of 2 years (24 months) clinical experience in maternal-child, pediatrics or medical-surgical acute care nursing; current or eligible for Ohio RN licensure. Appointment as Associate Professor requires established record of research/scholarship.

Consideration may be given to candidates with a doctoral degree in nursing or related field of study; prior teaching experience at the college level with baccalaureate nursing students; specialty in medical-surgical nursing or psychiatric/mental health nursing.
