Does it sometimes seem to you that nursing requires so much skill, flexibility and physical stamina it should be an Olympic event? At RUNNELLS Specialized Hospital of Union County in Berkeley Heights, N.J., it actually is! Meet the triumphant winners of the hospital’s 2006 Nurse Olympics, part of a week-long nursing staff appreciation celebration: (L-R) Annamma Mathews, RN (third place), Chinyere Enworom, RN (first place) and Mei-Chu Lee, RN (second place).

—compiled by Pam Chwedyk.
