|  Chief Nursing Officer-Administration-Req.235Broward Health Corporate Office, Fort Lauderdale, FLBroward General Medical Center is a 716-bed, state-of-the-art Level I Trauma Center and Ft. Lauderdale’s largest healthcare facility. Full-Time Eligible-Monday-Friday Days-Weekends as needed-80 hours per pay period. Master's degree or equivalent seven years of related experience. State of Florida Registered Nurse Licensure. Certification in Nursing Administration preferred. Provides clinical leadership and administrative direction for the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating of patient care/nursing service of the region that is consistent with the District's mission, strategic plan and resources. Serves as the nurse executive for region/medical center. The incumbent in accountable and responsible for professional practice, clinical outcomes, human resources management, financial performance, customer satisfaction, marketing and program refinement in response to needs and trends. Works in collaboration with Medical Director/Chief(s) of Service and Product/Service Line Directors to ensure optimal patient care.
