RN Clinical Supervisor – Waterbury/Cheshire:
Provide leadership and coordination to home care clinical team. Manage all aspects of home care delivery/marketing and oversee professional development of staff. BSN & 3 yrs prior superv. exper.; home care exper. strongly preferred.
Hospice Home Care RNs – Greater Hartford/Glastonbury/Northern CT areas
* 40 Hrs, Mon – Fri, days: Case managers, coordinate mgmt of plan of care for palliative care/hospice patients, admission to discharge
* Part-Time, Mon – Thurs, 4 pm – 8 pm: Visits and admissions
* Weekday On-Call, Mon – Thurs, nights 8 pm to 8 am: Telephone triage, pronouncements, visits as needed; $250/evening
1 yr experience in Hospice, either home care or facility
Med/Surg Home Care RN Case Managers – all areas
*40 Hrs, Mon – Fri, days: Write/manage plans of care, coordinate all services, admission to discharge. Minimal weekend commitment. 1 yr recent home care experience preferred; or 1 yr recent med/surg acute/subacute, ICU, ED experience.
Pay Per Visit RNs – all areas
Visits/admissions; must have 1 yr prior recent home care experience; must be able to do at least one weekend day per week; $35/visit & $90/admission; more for specialties.
Baylor Weekend RNs – all areas
Every Sat-Sun, 10 hrs/day, admissions and visits; must have 1 yr prior recent home care experience. $41/hr; $36/hr with medical/dental benefits.
Flu Clinic RNs – all areas
Flu and screening clinics in all areas. Very flexible dates and hours. Perfect for RNs with kids or easing into retirement. Refresher orientation; 1 yr nursing experience, but willing to train new grads.
All positions require CT RN license. Good computer skills.
All positions except Clinic RNs must be able to attend 2 wk full-time orientation (Mon-Fri)
at start of employment.
