HealthEast Care System Clinics serve as a primary care network for St. Paul’s diverse East Metro area and provide acute service access and personalized attention to patients of all ages. Our Salud Integral Clinic, the city’s first private Latino clinic, is our newest bilingual, bicultural facility, and provides a variety of services, including family medicine, general adult medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, midwifery, prevention education and onsite x-ray and lab. An opportunity now exists for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Family Practice Physician who must be fluent in Spanish and thoroughly knowledgeable of the Latino culture.

FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Requires current MN RN licensure, MSN degree, accredited Nurse Practitioner certification with a Family Medicine specialty, advanced nursing skills and the ability to prescribe medications. Applicants must have 5-8 years’ RN experience; 2-3 years as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinic environment preferred.

FAMILY PRACTICE PHYSICIAN
Requires a valid MD or DO license in the State of Minnesota, Board Certification (or eligibility in Family Medicine), BLS and ACLS certifications and hands-on experience in practicing medicine (minimum 3 years preferred). Superior communication skills are necessary for interaction with patients, clinic medical/support staff and HealthEast medical personnel.
