The growing Nursing Program at The University of Houston-Victoria is seeking a Non-Tenure Track Assistant Clinical Professor to join our team of faculty in the RN-to-BSN Degree Program beginning August 1, 2017. Position is located in Victoria, TX beginning August 1, 2017 (pending budgetary approval).

The successful candidate will be responsible to teach courses across the RN-BSN curriculum, develop curricula, assess learning outcomes, and participate in accreditation activities, and program outcomes assessment. Faculty are required to hold regular office hours, advise students academically, and perform assigned committee work.

Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) and at least two years clinical experience is required. Must possess or be eligible for a valid, unencumbered Texas license as a registered nurse or advanced practice nurse.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior online, classroom, and clinical teaching experience at the collegiate level
2. Online teaching and course development experience
3. Certified Nurse Educator credentials
4. Doctoral Degree in Nursing/related field or preferred
