Provides assigned teaching responsibilities in classroom, laboratory, and/or clinical settings. Plans, implements and evaluates academic curriculum. Serves as academic advisor for students. Participates in scholarship, committee work, and service activities.
Doctorate degree in nursing or related field is preferred. Certified Nurse Practitioner preferred. MSN required.
Prior academic teaching experience is preferred. Minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience required.
Current Virginia RN licensure required.
